Hello! My name is Azlynn and I have created this blog as a place for me to keep family and friends in-touch with my two aquariums that I have and love. I have been learning and bettering my aquatic skills and knowledge for 5 years and have enjoyed every moment of it.
I currently have two aquariums of my own; one is a 55 gallon saltwater, and the other is a 100 gallon freshwater.
The saltwater aquarium houses 7 fish and 2 shrimp, along with two feather duster worms. I also have some soft corals and mushroom polyps in my aquarium.
The freshwater aquarium houses 17 fish which range from one gourami, to cichlids, to sharks, to plecos. I have been successful in breeding one pair of my Blue Acara cichlids and have 6 of their offspring in the tank that are just slightly smaller then the parents and very healthy.
Although my two aquariums are very rewarding to look at and relax to, they have been a lot of work and effort to get them to where they are today. I have made major mistakes that cost me a lot and I have came across easier ways of taking care of them.
I want this blog to be a place where I can share my knowledge and aquariums with others. I also hope to learn more about this hobby through this blog.
